In Stamp #030 you must go to Wild West town in Sandpolis and visit Captain Rombo for an assignment that involves nicking a tire thief called Butch, you must take him into custody (despite you are not a policeman). Then go to Butch's house and Butch will take himself in to the Captain, then Captain Rombo wouldn't thank you enough for nicking Butch because he claimed that he was only innocent and on the bright side you get a stamp!
