Lettar (Japanese: レター Retā) is the postman in White Mountain. Due to the dangerous icy conditions recently, he had an accident where he slipped over and damaged his steering. He requests for you to deliver his last package, which is for Jousset in Peach Town. Lettar will be recruitable once you have delivered the package.
