Sunny Beach Raceway is the first raceway of Papaya Island which sets in a beach and a pair of huts which settle as little islands, in this race the racers are using Jet Turbines but they don't use them.
In addition to the Jet Turbines, the racers also have the Wing Set applied to their cars in the Rank A version.

Shirley appears in this race, regardless if she has moved Papaya Island or not. On the ranking screen in the pause menu, it will show Shirley as a Papaya Island resident.
