Taska (Japanese: タスカ Tasuka) drives around Noise City, he is interested about you and he likes knowing more about you. After being given a frog ornament, he said he doesn't like it and he wanted to give it to his sister because it's her birthday.
He also thought that the World Grand Prix was the worst to have because he said you can get disliked food for a whole year there, but he is actually wrong.
